25's dribbling will both condition and improve dribbling skills. This cone drill includes lining up about six to 10 cones five yards apart. Then, your player needs to weave the ball through the cones using the inside of the feet. Good to repeat this drill by alternating between the outside and inside of the feet. Circle right, then left, around the cones.
Or, if you are looking for a more simple approach, he/she will start at cone one, sprint to cone two with the ball, turn back and sprint to cone one, then to cone three, then to one, then to four, and so on. He/she should take a minute of rest before beginning his/her next set.

Toe Taps or stair-stepping is a drill that is incorporated into the player’s routine to improve the balance and stamina. This is because he/she will put the ball in front of him/her, while your child places his/her foot on top of the ball, and then off, switching between his/her feet like he/she climbing up the stairs.

Roll Out and Push-In
