Instructions for use
The cord is the right length when the ball is about 5 cm above the ground and the handle is at waist height. To adjust the length, insert the end of the cord through the hole in the bottom of the handle (photo 1), adjust the length (photos 2, 3 & 4) and attach the black stopper of the cord in the groove (photo 5).
Inflate the ball. When touching it, the ball should be neither too hard nor too soft. The maximum pressure for this type of ball is 0.3 bar. Hand movement: For the exercises which involve kicking the ball forwards, a back and forth movement of the arm must accompany the kicks."
