1. The right posture and hand movements

No wild and aggressive kicking losing balance.

Swinging the ball almost without moving your hand from left to right in front of the body.

Swing the ball forwards and backwards at the left and right side of the body.

Swing the ball in a circular way in front of the body.

Respect the rhythm of the performance and keep up attention and concentration while performing.
2. Balance and dynamic stability

Master through rhythm your timing and reaction times. Learn to understand timing and improve the mobility of your feet in different planes.

 

3. Rhythm: Metronome principle

Continuous combining feet and hands in cross pattern movements. Learn to understand timing and improve the mobility of your feet in different planes. When the ball is out of your sight concentrate on the rhythm and feel the coming ball.

4. Bilateral and sagittal feet movements

Master through rhythm your timing and reaction times. Improve lateral and sagittal moving and combine different moving planes using your hands and feet.

5. Memory: Step patterns and balance

Master through rhythm your timing and reaction times. Improve lateral moving and train different standing positions. Move on the front part of your feet.

6. Memory: Cross moving patterns and balance

Master through rhythm your timing and reaction times. Make use of crossed moving patterns. Mind your balance and your spatial timing.

7. The correct position of feet after kick

Train while using changing sequencing performances. Kick the ball with the inside of the feet forwards. By way of the slats used as cues concentrate on the right position of your standing foot next to the slats and the straight position of your kicking foot after each kick between the slats. Be aware of the fact that a straight position of your feet after kicking the ball will influence your performance speed while accelerating.
