45. Keep control over space

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. The player moves backwards and laterally in the speed ladder while kicking the VibeBall with the inside of his right and left foot in a vertical circular way. He continuously moves on his toes each time stepping two times before moving from one position outside the speed ladder into the speed ladder and outside again. Moving backwards while kicking means he has to check continuously his balance. The drill has to be performed in a fluent way.

46. Preserve the advantage of space

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. The player moves step by step forward in the frames of the speed ladder by kicking the VibeBall with the inside of his right and left foot in a vertical and circular way. He keeps control over his forward moving and always lands on his toes. In this drill he has to combine space, time and technical skills in an adequate way.

47. Be concentrated and hold back your impulses to move too fast

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. The player moves step by step forward in the frames of the speed ladder by kicking the VibeBall with the outside of his right and left foot in a vertical and circular way. He keeps control over his forward moving and always lands on his toes. In this drill he has to combine space, time and technical skills in an adequate way.

48. Move fluently in all directions (planes) and train your balance

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. The player moves step by step backward in the frames of the speed ladder by kicking the VibeBall with the inside of his right and left foot in a vertical and circular way. He keeps control over his backward moving and always lands on his toes. In this drill he has to combine space, time and technical skills in an adequate way.

49. Check continuously your balance. Requires full concentration and focus

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. The player moves step by step forwards and diagonally in the speed ladder. He starts moving after he kicks the VibeBall with the inside of his right foot in vertical and circular way. At the same time he steps into the speed ladder and he swings the VibeBall one full turn around. After he leaves the speed ladder he will again kick the VibeBall back with the inside of his left foot. The player correctly combines swinging and kicking the ball. It requires full concentration and focus. Stay in the rhythm and make the correct decisions. Move on your toes and move foot by foot with small steps from left to right and conversely.

50. Vertical jumping reactivity, strength and balance

A player with a VibeBall and a speed ladder. Simultaniously jump on your left foot forwards into the frames of the speed ladder and kick the VibeBall with the inside and outside of the right foot around in a vertical circular way. Land on your toes and do not interrupt your jumping. Check continuously your balance. Perform the same drill now jumping on your right foot.
